Join Song Dog Relations in an embodied sound workshop that covers toning practices and movement exercises to support healing in our bodies, hearts, and minds. Sound travels through our bones, and due to its vibrational nature, our bodies are then capable of receiving and offering resonance as medicine. You will learn practical skills that can be integrated into your everyday routines and meditation practices. You do not need to be a musician or trained singer—if you have a voice, you can sing and tone in community!
