I'm looking for someone to find and rent a 2-bedroom apartment together in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or nearby, with move-in between August 1-16. Looking for a 1-year lease. Budget is around $2,000/person (~$4,000 total), with some flexibility depending on the place. A bit about me: I do ballroom dance, enjoy trying out restaurants, and like to stay active and social. I don't smoke, don't have pets but I'm totally fine with them. On cleanliness: I'd like a simple system like one of us doing a full clean once a week.
